UNE policy requires tutors with a potential conflict of interest to declare the conflict to the Director of Oorala. Please declare any potential conflicts of interest you have for students you are tutoring by completing the following form.

The information provided on this declaration form is being collected to record conflicts of interest for Oorala's TTA program. This information will be processed by the Oorala Aboriginal Centre.
