Get a guaranteed UNE Early Entry offer

UNE Early Entry is open to all Year 12 applicants, whether or not you’re expecting to receive an ATAR. Early Entry relies on your school’s assessment of your attributes and abilities: your ability to work and learn independently, and your overall potential for academic success.

Apply with us directly and you can get your offer before the release of the year 12 results, giving you the certainty that no matter what happens, you have a place at UNE. Based on your school's recommendation, we will guarantee you an offer to start with us in 2026*.

Our direct Early Entry program recognises that an ATAR score is not the only measure of future success at university, and has been ensuring students like yourself have the best opportunity to go to university for more than 40 years.

Secure a place at the only Australian uni awarded five stars for Overall Experience 19 years in a row^, before you receive your year 12 results.

* If you are not eligible for one of your preferences, you will receive an offer for an alternative course.

Each academic I have had has shown continued understanding of the student experience and has made it a welcome place to contribute to class discussions.

Sara Perry, Bachelor of Media and Communications

I'm living proof that even if you come from a tough background it's still possible to achieve academically, if you have support. The kind of support I received at UNE.

Kandis Hoffman, Bachelor of Education (Primary)

I am ever grateful for my experiences at UNE. The degree was great and the lecturers at UNE genuinely helped me well beyond expectations.

James Pryor, Bachelor of Economics with First Class Honours
