Studying the Graduate Diploma of Agribusiness through Ironwood Institute in Adelaide, South Australia, offers a clear pathway to four Masters’ degrees at the University of New England. The total period of enrolment for this arrangement is 2 years of full-time study under a 1+1 model: Year 1 at Ironwood Institute in Adelaide, enrolled in the Graduate Diploma of Agribusiness THEN Year 2 at The University of New England in either Armidale, Adelaide or Sydney.

Only after successful completion of Ironwood’s AQF Level 8 Graduate Diploma in Agribusiness will students be eligible to articulate into the second year of UNE’s AQF Level 9 Masters level coursework program as per the collaboration agreement between UNE and Ironwood Institute. Students who have successfully completed the Graduate Diploma in Agribusiness at Ironwood Institute are eligible to receive Block Advanced Standing of 48 UNE credit points and are required to complete the remaining 48 credit points to graduate with a UNE Master’s degree.

Please note that UNE’s main campus is in Armidale, New South Wales. Armidale is 1576 km from Adelaide, 482 km from Sydney, and 465 km from Brisbane. Therefore, you will be required to move to Armidale to study the second year of the packaged program except for Master of Business Administration (International), which also has approved teaching locations in Sydney and Adelaide.
