Pacific Partnerships, Education and Development
Pacific Partnerships, Education and Development (PacPED) Research Group
This research group targets building capabilities in Pacific Nation communities and fostering Pacific partnerships. Our strategy is built on enduring international relationships with the purpose of empowering our partners through culturally responsive actions that are community-based. PacPED will focus on a new targeted approach to research focussed on making positive change in the Pacific arena. The group will provide an academic collective and associated support to foster global partnerships to build capabilities in the Pacific Region. PacPED will enhance its long-term resilience by focusing on flexibility, responsiveness, efficiency and reliability, and the adoption of best practice.
