A helping hand with accommodation to make your first year unforgettable

Graduating in 2026 or finished Year 12 in 2025? If you’re thinking about studying on campus at UNE in 2027, you may be eligible* for UNE’s $3,200 First Years' Accommodation Credit. That’s $100 a week towards the cost of living at one of UNE’s residential colleges* for two trimesters. Simply enrol in your UNE course and accept your residential accommodation offer as soon as possible. No extra forms or hassle, just extra support to help you embrace the UNE experience.

Living on campus gives you a supportive community while you work towards your degree. Study is at the heart of college life, alongside opportunities to meet new people and get involved in social, cultural and sporting activities.

With UNE’s $3,200 First Years’ Accommodation Credit taking some pressure off the cost of accommodation, you can focus on your studies and make the most of university life.

Places are limited, so we encourage you to secure your accommodation as soon as possible.
