School of Education Postgraduate Study

We have a range of postgraduate options to further your career in education or offer you the qualifications to become an educator or teacher.

Graduate Entry Degrees are for those who hold a relevant degree and are are seeking a teaching qualification. For example, if you have a BA in English and/or History, and you want to become an English or History school teacher, then a Graduate Entry Degree will help you achieve your goal.

Postgraduate coursework in Education is for students who have an undergraduate degree and wish to undertake further studies in Education. As an example, if you already hold teaching qualifications then you will be eligible to enrol into postgraduate coursework to fast track your career. Postgraduate coursework, without a teaching qualification, will not qualify you to be a teacher.

Higher Degree Research (HDR) programs are for postgraduates wishing to continue studying with a specific emphasis on research. We invite you find out more about the higher degree research opportunities that we offer within the School of Education. HDR will provide you with the knowledge, research skills and the qualifications to excel in your career.
