Contracts

All contracts, agreements, leases, licences, MOUs, confidentiality agreements etc that are to be signed on behalf of UNE must be sent to Legal Services for review and approval prior to signing. UNE Legal Services requires at least 7 business days for legal review and for advice to be provided.

Please note however that contracts often require amendment and further negotiation with the other party, so you should manage your contract to allow at least 28 days from submission to execution. Executive Leadership have advised that they require at least 3 business days to execute a contract.
