Legal Advice

Legal Services provides legal advice to the University and its controlled entitles in a number of areas including contracts, policies, human resources, student matters, disputes, intellectual property, legal proceedings, and the right to information.

Legal Services does not provide legal advice to students and does not provide legal advice to staff on non-UNE related or personal matters.

All requests for legal advice should be in writing and submitted to legal@une.edu.au. Requests should include the background and all details of the matter, with all relevant documents attached at least 7 business days before the date that you require the advice.
