GOODS & SERVICES	Not suitable if supply of goods/services is under a Head Agreement.
Short Form Contract for Supply of Goods &/or Services	Not to be used for Information Technology procurement without legal approval. - Dollar amount of contract is less than $50,000 - IP created under contract will be owned by UNE - Goods/services not being provided/performed in connect with separate / head agreement (eg external funding agreement) - Delivery/performance of goods or services do not require project management
Long Form Contract for Supply of Goods &/or Services	Not to be used for Information Technology procurement without legal approval. - Dollar amount of contract is above $50,000 - IP created under contract will be owned by UNE - Goods/services not being provided/performed in connect with separate / head agreement (eg external funding agreement) - Delivery/performance of goods or services may require project management

CONSTRUCTION TEMPLATES	MW21 Contract
MW21 Contract is a simple form and is suitable for contracts valued up to $1million with reasonably straightforward risk profile. For higher value works or for works that are riskier or more complex, use the GC21 Contract.

CONSTRUCTION TEMPLATES	MMW21 Contract
Mini Minor Works	MMW standard form is recommended to be used for simple contracts valued up to $150,000 (excluding GST).

Independent Contractor Agreement	Where UNE is engaging an overseas individual to provide certain research services to UNE.
Education Agent Agreement	Where UNE is engaging an agent to identify and recruit international students overseas to do UNE courses.
NON Research Sub-Contract under a Head Agreement	Where UNE has entered into a head agreement and UNE wishes to retain a subcontractor to undertake part of UNE’s obligations under the head agreement.
Work Experience Student Confidentiality Deed	Where the student needs to provide a confidentiality undertaking to an employer who is providing a work experience placement.
Variation to Core& Contracts	For amendments or variations to all contracts and agreements.
Research Collaboration Agreement (Under Head Agreement)	Where UNE has entered into a head agreement and UNE is required under that head agreement to collaborate with another entity to fulfil some or all of the obligations under the head agreement.
Research Sub-Contract under a Head Agreement	Where UNE has entered into a head agreement and UNE wishes to retain a subcontractor to undertake part of UNE’s research obligations under the head agreement.
Moral Rights Deed Poll	Where the author of a work is required to consent to UNE using, reproducing, amending etc their words.
Collaboration Agreement (non research)	Where UNE wishes to collaborate with a third party for non-research purposes.
Intellectual Property Assignment Deed	Where UNE wishes to assign its IP to a third party, or alternatively where a third party wishes to assign its IP to UNE.
Intellectual property Licence Agreement	Where UNE wishes to licence its IP to a third party, or alternatively where a third part wishes to licence its IP to UNE.
