Research Teach Repeat: Sports Science & Exercise
Welcome to Sports Science and Exercise. Our research focuses on the youth skill development, motor control, biomechanics, exercise physiology, and sports psychology, enabling us to explore innovative strategies to enhance movement performance and reduce the risk of injury. We actively collaborate with local community, schools and sporting organisations to promote active lifestyles and empower young people in sports, ensuring that our research translates into practical applications that improve health and performance within the community.
