Research Groups

The Research Groups in the School of Science & Technology involve teams of researchers, external experts, students and community members united in the goals of exploring new ideas, understanding complex issues, and finding practical solutions to community problems. These Groups have a shared focus, often working together on specific projects, and enable more precise investigations of sub-topics within a general research field. The School of Science & Technology encompasses a number of disciplines, and this has resulted in a wide range of research initiative of interest to society.

In doing so, UNE values and respects Indigenous knowledge systems as a vital part of the knowledge capital of Australia.
