Improvement Notice Compliance
For the purposes of complying with the SafeWork NSW Improvement Notice 7-503931 (PDF, 284.74 KB) – the University has undertaken comprehensive risk assessment of both the approaches to Conduct and Serious Misconduct. There are two risk assessments:
- Risk Assessment Misconduct – Enterprise Agreement Process (PDF, 530.85 KB)
- Risk Assessment Misconduct – Common Law Contract Process (PDF, 536.24 KB)
The Risk Assessments outline the risks and control measures that will minimise risk to health and safety of all participants to the extent it is reasonably practicable.
The Risk Assessments have informed development of:
- Staff Misconduct Policy - this policy is applicable to all staff.
- Internal People and Culture (P&C) Guidelines which will assist those administering the process.
