Music Application Form

A Music Application form must be completed by applicants to the following courses:

Bachelor of Music
Bachelor of Education (In-Service Conversion) Schedule C (Music)
Diploma in Music
Diploma in Music Technology

Note: The music application process is separate to applying for admission. Please complete the Music Application form below as well as submit your application for admission to your course.

Before you start

Visit the Music Application page and familiarise yourself with the application requirements.
Ensure you have your personal statement ready.
If you are applying for a waiver of one or more of the application requirements, please have your supporting documentation ready to upload.
Applicants to the Bachelor of Music are required to provide a link to their performance audition or composition portfolio (unless applying for a waiver of these components).
