Biography
Tania Pearce is a Lecturer in Health and Community Services in the School of Health at the University of New England, Armidale, NSW. She has over 20 years of experience in health information research and has worked on several research projects focusing on suicide prevention and program evaluation. In 2022 Tania completed her doctoral research on program evaluation, where she examined the use of co-creation and co-design as a way of increasing the research capacity of non-government organisations. Her teaching focus is on community services and mentoring of research projects for undergraduate, postgraduate and Honours social work students.

Research Supervision Experience
Tania is currently supervising PhD, MPhil and Bachelor (Hons) students in areas such as peer worker supervision and leadership in mental health and suicide prevention and research approaches to self-disclosure and sexual assault. Tania specialises in supervising research such as systematic and scoping reviews as well as mixed method and qualitative methodologies.
