Biography
Tash is a proud nurse, passionate educator and an early career researcher. She has over 19 years of experience in various nursing roles, including clinical, managerial, and academic positions. Her teaching expertise spans across undergraduate and postgraduate nursing programs, where she has coordinated, delivered, and assessed courses in both online and face-to-face modes. She has also facilitated laboratory teaching and mentored nursing students and new graduates whilst on clinical placements in rural settings. Her mission is to share her passion for nursing with the next generation and to contribute to the improvement of recruitment and retention of the rural nursing workforce.

Research Interests
Tash’s PhD examined the effects of an educational intervention upon levels of negative workplace behaviour in regional acute care settings. Her research interests include readiness for practice, new graduate nurse preparation and transition, interprofessional practice, and organisational culture.
