Biography
Dr Jo Watson is a lecturer in the UNE Business school, where she has worked in various capacities for over 15 years. She has extensive experience in small business, entrepreneurship and an interest in innovative business models. Jo completed her Honours Dissertation in consumer behaviour and has also completed the Graduate Certificate in Higher Education. Her research interests include organisational behaviour and education, with a particular interest in groups. Jo completed her Doctoral studies at UNE, her PhD was a cross-disciplinary investigation of organisational behaviour and education theories and how these can be applied to groups and teams. Jo is currently teaching in organisational behaviour, human resource management and human resource development.
