Adding Value: The Critical Factors for Farmers

This project, funded by the Rural Industries Research and Development Corporation, assisted farmers in the planning and implementation of value adding opportunities through the publication of a series of case studies of the value adding activities of farmers in different industries and regions. It included an analysis of the factors that have contributed to the successful conduct of value adding activities.
