Adaptive capacity indices and associated socio-economic data for catchment natural resource planning

This project used data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics 2006 Census to construct indices of adaptive capacity and related socio-economic indicators, and mapped these at Collector District Level across the catchment region. Areas with very low values of the adaptive capacity index were examined in greater detail to identify the socio-economic factors that contributed to these low values.
