Description of the activity/program/project/event that the requested funds will be used for (250 - 500 words): Please fill out the box below with a personal statement that introduces yourself, outlines what the funding is for and when this will take place, how the money will be used, and how this aligns with Oorala’s core business and values (250 – 500 words)

Please attach any relevant documentation to accompany your personal statement. EG: Quotes for activity or equipment expenses; Media release; Letter of Support; Certificate of Currency; Other material that showcases existing programs or efforts (i.e previously attended sports events). What opportunities would you like to offer Oorala?

Permissions for Oorala to send out public communications about the sponsorship of your activity/program/project/event (e.g social media, UNE email newsletters etc)
Participation in UNE and Oorala Aboriginal Centre media to promote your activity/program/project/event and our Community Grants program (e.g. a video or written interview, social media feature)
Social media post and/or other communications by the sponsored organisation about Oorala Aboriginal Centre sponsorship of the activity/program/project/event (public accounts only)
Physical merchandise branded with the Oorala Aboriginal Centre logo (e.g. sports uniforms, event decorations)
All promotional and marketing materials include The Oorala Aboriginal Centre logo
The use of Oorala Aboriginal Centre banners and/or information flyers and materials as part of the event (as applicable)
Participation in future Oorala Aboriginal Centre events (by invitation)
Complimentary tickets to sponsored event (as applicable)

Terms and Conditions

By checking the box below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the outlined Terms and Conditions. * • Applications will be assessed on its own merits, how the intended spend meets the Oorala Aboriginal Centre’s aims and values; and the final amount dependent on the budget available and the nature and needs of the successful applicant/s.

• The applicant understands that if successful they will be required to provide Oorala receipts, a completed acquittal form, and a short report with photographs of how the funding was used within 1 month of the completion of the activity/project/program/event. An acquittal form template will be sent to successful applicants to complete following the allocation of their funds.

• The applicant understands that meeting the eligibility does not automatically guarantee an application approval.

• The applicant understands that previous sponsorship does not guarantee a successful application for this or future Sponsorship rounds.
