Unit Description:
This unit is designed to provide you with the opportunity to complete an independent research project within a Master of Laws by Coursework degree. Within your chosen topic and question, you will demonstrate your understanding of the law, legislation, case law and policy arguments, as well as develop advanced critical thinking and research skills.
