Established in the 1930s by the University of Sydney, the University of New England is the oldest university in Australia outside of a capital city. Set on a spectacular 74 hectares and featuring the original homestead at the heart of the Armidale campus, UNE combines heritage with modern academic, sporting, recreational and accommodation facilities.
