Switching from Full Time to Part Time

1. Approval process

Change in enrolment from full time to part time must be approved by the Course Director.
Submit an enquiry via AskUNE, so the request can be reviewed and attached to your student record.

2. What can I enroll in as a full-time student?

Please ensure you are still following an approved unit sequence in your Course Plan (see the Course Handbook).

2. What can I enrol in as a part-time student?

Part-time students may enrol in a minimum of one unit per trimester.
Please ensure you are still following an approved unit sequence in your Course Plan (see the Course Handbook).

Taking a break?

After you complete at least one unit, you can apply for intermission for up to two years.

You must apply for intermission and receive approval before taking a break from your studies. Otherwise, you are expected to remain enrolled in units in Trimester 1 and Trimester 2 each year.

If you stop studying without an approved intermission, you may be considered to have withdrawn from your course.
