Student Grievance Unit
The Student Grievance Unit (SGU) is the central team that handles student feedback, formal complaints and reports of conduct, except in these circumstances involving:
- Gender Based Violence, reports are made to the Safe Communities team.
- Academic Integrity, reports are made to the Academic Integrity Unit.
- Research Misconduct, reports are made to the Research Integrity team.
We're here to ensure every matter we handle is logged, tracked, and addressed consistently, fairly, and in a timely way.
We understand that raising a concern can feel overwhelming. Our team is trained to listen with care and respect.
