To aid us in helping you, please try the following before contacting the IT Support: Screenshots are very helpful for our technicians to diagnose the issue you are experiencing. If you are using a Windows device, you can use the Snipping Tool, which you can find under Start > Windows Accessories. Save the image, and attach to the ServiceNow request or email. On a Mac, you can use Shift+Command+3 to take a screenshot of the entire screen, which saves to your desktop. Attach this to your ServiceNow request or email.
