UNE staff members can access the counselling services provided through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Staff have access to 6 sessions per individual, per year, this includes casual employees. The Employee Assistance Program is designed to encourage self-referral. Occasionally managers/supervisors may offer the option of counselling to employees.
