Out of office/Holiday Messages

When going on holiday, you can set up a facility to have your email account automatically sent back a message to the people who email you.

  1. Login to the email service at https://outlook.office365.com/
  2. Click the cog icon in the top-right corner
  3. Click on Account
  4. Click on Automatic Replies
  5. Slide the toggle next to Automatic Replies
  6. Enter the details and select the options you wish to use
  7. Click on Save to complete the process

Email Forwarding

There may be occasions when you will want your email messages to be sent to another email address, such as when you're on holiday and are unable to access UNE email. Login to the email service at https://outlook.office365.com/

  1. Click on the cog icon to the right of your name
  2. Click on Forwarding
  3. Slide the toggle next to Enable forwarding
  4. Type in the address you are forwarding to
  5. Save your changes to start forwarding
