To enable students who have completed LAW161, LAW171, LAW231 and LAW281 the opportunity to complete the legal profession requirements the following units will be offered in 2020 for the last time:
If students who need to complete these units do not complete them in 2020, then they will be advised that they need to complete the new unit. Continuing students will have their listed units adjusted according to the core units required to be completed. |

Entry Requirements updated (a) A graduate candidate shall hold at least a three year degree (AQF Level 7) of a recognised university or equivalent. (b) An undergraduate candidate shall be qualified for admission (see Admission Undergraduate and Postgraduate (Coursework) Rule and Admission Undergraduate and Postgraduate (Coursework) Procedures). Year 12 applicants with an ATAR or equivalent of at least 90.00 as well as applicants who have undertaken a Diploma or above qualification with sufficient grades equivalent to an ATAR of at least 90. Please note that Regional Bonus Points do not apply to this course. A sound knowledge of English is essential Transfer from another Award updated Students in another award may apply for admission into this course on successful completion of at least 4 units of study with a minimum GPA of 5.1 Program of Study - Overview Listed Units
