Entry Requirements updated

(a) A graduate candidate shall hold at least a three year degree (AQF Level 7) of a recognised university or equivalent.

(b) An undergraduate candidate shall be qualified for admission (see Admission Undergraduate and Postgraduate (Coursework) Rule and Admission Undergraduate and Postgraduate (Coursework) Procedures).

Year 12 applicants with an ATAR or equivalent of at least 90.00 as well as applicants who have undertaken a Diploma or above qualification with sufficient grades equivalent to an ATAR of at least 90. Please note that Regional Bonus Points do not apply to this course.

A sound knowledge of English is essential

Students in another award may apply for admission into this course on successful completion of at least 4 units of study with a minimum GPA of 5.1

• Students should note that LS210 is a compulsory requirement under the pre 2009 rules and will be available for the last time in semester 2 2009. Students who do not successfully complete LS210 before it is withdrawn must undertake both new units (LS111 and LS212) and one fewer elective.
• Students also have the option of transferring to the new course rules in which case they would also need to successfully complete LS101.
