UNE Colleges Payment Options
UNE Colleges offer a range of different Room Types, Contract Lengths and Meal Plans. College fees and Meal prices are available in our Residential Colleges Portal.
When you accept your College offer, you will receive an email confirming your Accommodation Agreement and your weekly accommodation and meal fees. While your Agreement and our website display the weekly price, you will pay your account each fortnight. We charge each fortnight in advance — so every second Thursday you will pay for the fortnight that begins the following Sunday.
Direct Debit is the standard payment method for your College account. When you accept your offer, you will be asked to provide your preferred bank details. Our Finance team will then automatically deduct your payment each fortnight. Please ensure the account type permits direct debit and that you have sufficient funds available in your account on each payment due date.
If you would prefer to pay for a full Trimester or Year upfront, you can request an invoice.
Advance Payment – Card online
When you accept your College offer you will be asked to make a secure online card payment to guarantee your place. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Online Card Payments can be made anytime through our secure Residential Colleges Portal on the Account page.
Direct Debit - fortnightly
When you accept your College offer you will also be asked to provide your Bank Details so that we can Direct Debit your bank account each fortnight in line with our Direct Debit Schedule. These details can be updated anytime through our secure portal.
BPAY
Once you have accepted your offer you are able to contact your College and request an invoice to pay for a whole Trimester or a whole Booking using BPAY.
Edstart – Flexible Payment Schedule
UNE Partners with Edstart to enable flexibility with your College Payments. Edstart is a leading education fee management company. Edstart works with schools and colleges across Australia to provide payment flexibility to families with their fee payments.
