Grant has held senior leadership roles on major road and rail projects including Torrens to Darlington Tunnel, Davis Station Infrastructure Renewals Program, WestConnex, NorthConnex, the Hills M2 Upgrade, Epping to Thornleigh Third Track, Westlink M7 and the UK’s M25 widening program. He has led large, multidisciplinary teams and managed significant budgets while navigating intense regulatory scrutiny, community expectations and program pressure.
His expertise spans environmental approvals, sustainability strategy, compliance and auditing, stakeholder and government relations, and incident and crisis management. Grant is particularly experienced in integrating environmental and social outcomes into project delivery in a way that supports program certainty and long-term public value.
As a mentor, Grant is passionate about helping emerging professionals understand how technical excellence, leadership, judgement and relationships come together on major projects. He brings a practical, real-world perspective shaped by decades working at the coalface of complex infrastructure delivery.
