When you graduate from the University of New England, you automatically become a member of the UNE Alumni Community. As a member of the UNE Alumni Community, you are joining an active group that numbers in the hundreds of thousands and grows each time a new graduation ceremony takes place.
UNE is proud of its alumni and their achievements—past, present and future—and we celebrate them through our Alumni Awards and UNE communication channels. We seek to maintain a relationship with all our future, current, and former students to enable flexibility of access to ongoing opportunities for education and professional development.
UNE's alumni includes graduates of the University, plus graduates of past institutions that make up UNE's rich history: New England University College, Armidale Teachers' College or the Armidale College of Advanced Education.

Testamur (Certificate) and Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS)
Once you become eligible to graduate you will receive a testamur (certificate) and an Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS). These are provided when you graduate – all free of charge.
If you require a replacement copy of your Testamur (certificate of attainment for your degree), you will need to provide the University with the relevant documentation for your circumstances. Other Services
Please click here for information on access to UNE library services once you have graduated. Alumni groups can be formed by graduation year, area of study, sporting interest or by location. If you are interested in forming an Alumni Group, the UNE Alumni office can provide assistance in communicating with others in your area of study or wherever you live.
