The fastest way to verify a UNE graduate’s qualifications is for them to share their details with you via My eQuals.

My eQuals is a secure and trusted provider of certified digital document services. My eQuals is an online service allowing Education Providers, such as University of New England (UNE), to issue secure digital certified academic documents.  The recipients of these documents (students and graduates) can access and share them with third parties (such as potential employers, or other higher education institutions) who can view their verified documents via the platform according to the parameters that they set. Graduates 2021 onwards - From December 2021, all new UNE graduates will receive digitally certified copies of their graduation documents within ten working days of their ceremony that they can share via My eQuals.

Graduates prior to 2021 - Students graduating from UNE before 2021 can purchase a digital academic transcript that is accessible via My eQuals. The transcript displays conferral information for each award that the student has received at UNE. It also provides more detailed information including the units they completed and the grades that they achieved.

The University uses the Graduate Verification Service to help employers and other third parties verify the qualifications of our graduates. The service is designed to speed up the verification process for graduates and minimise the potential for document fraud and breaches of academic integrity. The service is offered by the same organisation that provides My eQuals .
