The School of Science and Technology encompasses a number of different disciplines including Physics, Chemistry, Human Biology and Physiology, Molecular and Cellular Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Sports Studies, Exercise and Sports Science (Clinical Exercise Physiology) and Pharmacy.
The academic staff within our school offer a unique composition of teaching, research and consulting capabilities. Open Day - Race Around Campus The School of Science and Technology (S&T) and the School of Environmental and Rural Science (E&RS) have combined forces this year to run a new and exciting event for potential students. The 'Race Around Campus' will take place on the Friday of the 2012 Open Day weekend. Make sure to visit the S&T and E&RS stands in Lazenby Hall to collect your passports and start your journey. We have organised lots of exciting destinations and you could be in the running to win an Apple Ipod Touch.

Science Defferals Weekend The School of Science and Technology (S&T) and the School of Environmental and Rural Science (ERS) will be running our annual Deferrals Weekend on the 26th and 27th May. Come and see for yourself what sets UNE apart.

$4.8 Million CRN Grant for Rural Health Dr Pierre Moens and Associate Professor Jim McFarlane, from the School of Science and Technology, played significant parts in obtaining a major grant to assist in the development of research into mental health in rural regions.

New Pharmacy Building The School of Science and Technology will soon celebrate the opening of our new pharmacy building. The facilities in the new pharmacy building will greatly enhance the experience of science based students studying here at UNE.
