Trouble submitting an online form?
Below are the possible solutions if you are having issues submitting an online form.
- Use an alternative web browser.
If you are using a particular web browser try submitting the form using a different web browser such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Crome, Microsoft Edge etc. - Attachments are exceeding the allowed capacity or of the incorrect file type. (please check the attachment restrictions)
- Clear your cache
Clearing the cookies and cache, then restarting your browser should resolve the issue. Here are the instructions on how to do that for each browser:
