Important Student Timetable Information
On-campus students
- Timetables are built for students enrolled in units delivered in on-campus mode only with the exception of Intensive Schools.
- Not all units have timetables. This will be indicated when you search for a timetable. Check your myLearn site or contact your Unit Coordinator for further details.
Online students - Go directly to myLearn
- Go directly to the relevant myLearn site for information regarding online units.
- Online units do not have timetables with the exception of Intensive School Timetables, which are available through the same login portal above.
- Not all units have timetables. This will be indicated when you search for a timetable. Check your myLearn site or contact your Unit Coordinator for further details.
How to read your timetable
- Once logged in, you will find in-application help and instructions on how to view your timetable and use the system.
- You can create a timetable with multiple units, which can be saved as a favorite you can return to at any time.
- It is important to check every week of your timetable as days, times and locations can change from week to week.
- It is your responsibility to regularly check your timetable as it is a living document. Unavoidable changes do sometimes occur.
