Admission Rules - Transferring students
Progression Requirements & Exit Pathways Students unable to pass the mandatory requirements of LANTITE clauses have been added to all ITE awards for 2021 to indicate that students unable to pass LANTITE will be transferred to a non-teaching award. This is commensurate with the GTPA requirement which is already present.

From 2018, all initial teacher education students must pass the National Literacy and Numeracy Test for Initial Teacher Education Students prior to their final professional placement; students must also pass a Teaching Performance Assessment (TPA) during the final professional experience placement.
