Note the following changes to course rules for 2009:

  • Addition of new compulsory units LS111 (Civil Procedure) and LS212 (Evidence and Proof) which take the place of LS210.
  • Withdrawal of current compulsory unit LS210 (Civil Procedure and Evidence) after semester 2, 2009.
  • Addition of new compulsory unit LS101 ( Law in Context)

Current students who began in 2008 or earlier

  • Students should note that LS 210 is a compulsory requirement under the pre 2009 rules and will be available for the last time in semester 2 2009. Students who do not successfully complete LS 210 before it is withdrawn must undertake both new units (LS 111 and LS 212) and one fewer elective.
  • Students also have the option of transferring to the new course rules in which case they would also need to successfully complete LS 101.
