• To ensure students remain eligible for 60 credit points of advanced   standing, the following Articulation Programs, where advanced standing has   been granted for ECON101 only, will be amended to include advanced standing   for one unspecified ECON unit at 100-level and in the Core Units ECON102 will   be replaced by ECON106:

• The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation Articulation Program   where no advanced standing is granted for ECON101 and ECON102, will be   amended to delete ECON 101 and ECON102 as Core Units and to add ECON106 as a   Core Unit and add an additional Elective Unit to the program. Students will   now complete 84 credit points of Core Units and 12 credit points of Elective   Units in addition to the 48 credit points of advanced standing granted.
• Following amendments to AFM103 Introductory Finance, it is no longer appropriate for students completing the WUXI South Ocean College (WSOC) Articulation Program to be granted advanced standing for AFM103.  To ensure students remain eligible for 72 credit points of advanced standing, this has been amended to 6 credit points of unspecified advanced standing for an AFM unit at 100-level.  AFM103 has been added as a Core Unit and students are no longer able to complete an Elective Unit.  Noting that ECON106 is equivalent to ECON101 and ECON102, this Program has not been amended to include ECON106 because the WSOC agreement requires WSOC to teach ECON101 and ECON102 using material provided by the UNE Business School.

• Following the recommendations from the Accounting Course Advisory Board, the Managing Organisations and People major has been deleted and replaced by the Business Analysis and Transformation major.

• Advanced Accounting major:  Prescribed Units: AFM304 Financial Statement Analysis added; COSC372 Management Information Systems deleted. AFM304 is directly relevant to the major and students will benefit from completing this unit.
• AFM304 and MM403 deleted from Listed Units and COSC372 added.

• Agribusiness major: Prescribed Units: AFM324 Small Business Management added; MM403 Strategic Planning and Management deleted. AFM324 is directly relevant to the Agribusiness major and students will benefit from completing this unit.

• Finance major: Prescribed Units: AFM322 Small Business Finance added. AFM322 is directly relevant to the Finance major and students will benefit from completing this unit.
