Master of Counselling 2019 students have the option of choosing one approved pathway: - Generalist Counselling Pathway
- This pathway has no placement unit and has Australian Counselling Association (ACA) accreditation.
- Counselling Placement Pathway
- This pathway will have a placement unit (HSCS441) and will have ACA accreditation and will have PACFA accreditation for this pathway.
There have been changes to Admission and Advanced Standing for the Master of Counselling for 2019. There are now five levels of admission within the Program of Study: - Candidates admitted under Rule (a), (d) or (e) complete 72 cps;
- Candidates admitted under Rule (b) or (c) complete 24 cps of Core Units with 0 or 12 cps of the Optional One Approved Pathway with 36 or 48 cps of Specified Advanced Standing
