What advice do you have for new Duval residents? Get involved in as many college events as you are comfortable with, even if you are more introverted. There is so much the college has to offer and joining in and meeting other residents is the best way to be a part of the community. That being said, my other piece of advice is to remember to study! Make sure you allocate enough time to assessments while still making time to have fun.

What do you love about Duval College? I love the college culture at Duval. There is definitely a real balance between social lives and university studies, something that I feel can be really beneficial to help with the pressure you may experience with your degree. I also love how close people become with one another. Being one of the smaller colleges, you get to know everyone very quickly which can be so much fun at events and great to make some life long friends.
