Learning outcomes
Upon completion of this unit, students will be able to:
- demonstrate an advanced and integrated knowledge of leadership theories and practices, and how to apply these in the workplace;
- use a range of cognitive, communication and research skills to investigate, analyse, synthesise and reflect critically on leadership theories, concepts, methodologies and professional decisions;
- work independently and/or collaboratively to plan and execute tasks to enhance professional knowledge and skills; and
- demonstrate the ability to recognise, reflect on, and respond to a range of ethical, cultural, social and other environmental and contextual issues influencing the practice of leadership.
