Biography
Dr Loi conducts research principally in the areas of applied organisational and health psychology, including workplace behaviour, burnout, psychological wellbeing, health, and emotional intelligence. She is particularly interested in examining the effects of negative workplace behaviour (incivility, harassment, and bullying) on workplace outcomes as well as exploring mechanisms to promote wellbeing in different populations. She has also conducted research in the area of environmental psychology, examining processes to increase pro-environmental behaviours as well as investigating the role of nature connectedness in health and wellbeing.
