Biography

Dr Chloe Hurrell is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow on the Equip project. Her research focuses on behaviour change and psychological resilience, with a PhD in Applied Psychology examining how to shift pro-environmental behaviour through targeted interventions. Chloe brings this expertise to Equip by co-designing programs that build psychological preparedness for climate-related disasters in rural communities. She also has experience co-facilitating workplace interventions to support frontline employees facing customer abuse, strengthening her broader focus on mental wellbeing in high-stress environments.
