Biography

Meredith's experience includes clinical nursing, forensic mental health, interprofessional practice, and social science. She has taught at the Charles Darwin University College of Nursing and Midwifery and Western Sydney University School of Social Sciences. In addition to her work for an NGO, she gained experience as an aviation nurse escort both on and offshore, working in Immigration Detention Centers and Immigration Transit Centers. She has also provided mental health and clinical Nursing health services to asylum seekers and refugees in Australia and overseas.
