Emma Lynch

Biography

Emma is a Lecturer in Ruminant Production at the University of New England. Emma’s main research passion is investigating different (and sometimes novel) feedstuffs and the overall impact on ruminant production and the subsequent meat and eating quality. Emma enjoys teaching her students about the importance of animal handling and nutrition and how our interaction can affect the final product. Her PhD investigated canola meal as a supplementation for beef cattle grazing low-quality roughages, meat and eating quality and assessing different digestibility methodologies.
