Annalie Dorph

Biography

Annalie Dorph is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow working in Predator Ecology. She is an early career quantitative ecologist with a current research focus on invasive species management and previous experience in fire ecology. Currently, she is working on the Feral Cat Project in collaboration with researchers from the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment and NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service. The Feral Cat Project focuses on the monitoring and management of feral cats in NSW to generate and improve control strategies of populations. As part of this project, she is helping to develop tools to improve our ability to detect cats and inform decisions around their management. Prior to joining the Feral Cat Project, Annalie completed a PhD researching landscape level effects of fire on native mammal and reptile communities.
