Biography

Dr. Anna Nguyen is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Animal Science on feed ingredients and nutrition to improve poultry production and reduce environmental issues. Dr Nguyen obtained both Master degree and PhD degree from University of New England where she investigated the effects of behaviour of free-range laying hens on egg quality, and the responses of poultry (broilers and layers) on different trace mineral supplementation in diets. Dr Nguyen’ areas of interest include nutritional evaluation of feed ingredients, feed additives, trace minerals, and enzymes to improve poultry performance, and gut health.
