Biography

I practice learner-centric educational approaches through teaching, research, and service excellence; ensuring accessibility, well-being, sustainability, and equity. I have coordinated HRM and management courses and foundation business units, achieving high student satisfaction and improved retention rates. I significantly guided 'at-risk' students, developed intervention strategies, and facilitated professional development for staff to align educational programs with institutional goals. I am proficient in LMSs like Canvas and Moodle, and tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Skype. My technical skills include Tableau, Power BI, JIRA, and SQL Management Studio, focusing on AI to enhance data insights. I efficiently manage administrative and operational aspects of student learning and maintain relationships with stakeholders for effective program delivery.
