Biography

Dr Nina Bhardwaj is an internationally experienced academic, researcher, and educator whose work spans university teaching, corporate consulting, and entrepreneurship. She brings more than a decade of experience in curriculum design, research supervision, assessment development, and teaching excellence across the business disciplines of management, marketing, project management, governance, leadership, and organisational behaviour. Her teaching philosophy centres on practical application, industry relevance, and empowering students to build confidence and capability. Nina holds two PhDs — one in Human Resource Development, and a second in Corporate Governance and Board Diversity. Prior to academia, she worked as a corporate trainer and management consultant, delivering leadership and capability development programs for multinational organisations including Nestlé, Unilever, Danone, Pepsico, and public-sector organisations.
