Biography

Blake engages directly with stakeholders from numerous agricultural industries, facilitating their ability to update industry-specific maps to capture additional crop-related data through bespoke mapping applications. This includes:

Designing and implementing data structures and workflows to enable and support industry-led data management, including field-based;
Develop, maintain, secure and manage mapping applications each of which is tailored to meet the needs of each industry;
Collaborating with industry users (IDO's) to understand requirements and support adoption;
Develop interactive statistical analysis 'dashboard' applications, to provide insights from industry data.

Blake, who is based in Brisbane with the AARSC mapping team, additionally provides R&D for many of AARSC's web-based mapping applications, which support the compilation and presentation of a range of AARSC mapping products.
