How do I get a replacement copy of my Testamur?

If you require a replacement copy of your Testamur (certificate of attainment for your degree), you will need to provide the University with the relevant documentation for your circumstances.

Lost Testamur

For a lost Testamur, please provide:

• A letter requesting a replacement Testamur, including an explanation of the circumstances behind the loss of the original Testamur.
• A Statutory Declaration stating that your Testamur has been irretrievably lost or destroyed and your request for a replacement. This must be witnessed by a Justice of the Peace, or an authorised professional.
• A fee payment of $90.00 for each Testamur required (which includes the cost of postage).
  
  

Damaged Testamur

For a damaged Testamur, please provide:

• A letter requesting a replacement Testamur;
• The original, damaged Testamur; and
• A fee payment of $90.00 for each Testamur required (which includes the cost of postage).

Payment Method

Payments for a replacement Testamur can be made through the online form. Please note that the University will not accept credit card details provided by email or within any documentation provided by post.
